Free Delivery Over $200
Calgary orders of $200 or more are delivered free. Under $200, delivery is a flat $20.
Next-Business-Day Delivery
We deliver Monday to Friday. Choose your day at checkout, as early as the next business day.
Adult Signature Required
All deliveries require ID and a signature from someone 18+.
Calgary & Alberta Delivery
Flat-rate delivery in Calgary. Anywhere else in Alberta, we quote delivery for your order.
Rates & Timelines
Delivery within the City of Calgary is a flat $20, free on orders of $200 or more. We deliver anywhere else in Alberta at a quoted price, and in-store pickup is always free.

Order Processing
At checkout you choose a delivery day, Monday to Friday, as early as the next business day. We don't offer same-day delivery. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed and another when it's out for delivery.
Age Verification at Delivery
All wine deliveries require a signature from a person 18 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Our driver will check ID at the door. If no eligible adult is present, the order will not be left and a redelivery attempt will be made (one free redelivery per order).
Where We Ship
We deliver anywhere in Alberta. Within the City of Calgary (postal codes beginning T1Y, T2 or T3, except T3Z) delivery is a flat $20, free on orders of $200 or more. Elsewhere in Alberta, including Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane and Okotoks, the price depends on where you are: contact us before ordering and we'll quote delivery to you, or choose free in-store pickup. Provincial liquor rules mean we can only deliver within Alberta, and we do not ship internationally.
Packaging
Every order is hand-packed by our team using protective bottle sleeves and moulded inserts designed for safe transport. For orders containing more than six bottles, we use double-walled shipping cases. Insulation is available on request during summer heat or winter freezes — please add a note at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of any damaged bottle(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our Terms of Service for more details.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up? Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and your order will be ready within 2 hours during business hours, free of charge. Pickups must be completed within 30 days and require valid ID showing you are 18 or older.
