We deliver within Calgary and area — and across Alberta.
Rates & Timelines
Delivery is a flat $20 anywhere in Alberta — and free on orders of $200 or more. Only the delivery time varies by where you are.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM Mountain Time on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on statutory holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, along with tracking information where available.
Age Verification at Delivery
All wine deliveries require a signature from a person 18 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID. Our driver will check ID at the door. If no eligible adult is present, the order will not be left and a redelivery attempt will be made (one free redelivery per order).
Where We Ship
We deliver within Calgary and area, and can deliver anywhere in Alberta. Due to provincial alcohol regulations, shipments to other provinces are evaluated on a case-by-case basis — please contact us before ordering if you are outside Alberta. We do not ship internationally.
Packaging
Every order is hand-packed by our team using protective bottle sleeves and moulded inserts designed for safe transport. For orders containing more than six bottles, we use double-walled shipping cases. Insulation is available on request during summer heat or winter freezes — please add a note at checkout.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of any damaged bottle(s). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our Terms of Service for more details.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up? Choose "In-Store Pickup" at checkout and your order will be ready within 2 hours during business hours, free of charge. Pickups must be completed within 30 days and require valid ID showing you are 18 or older.
